Office of the Provost for Institutional Management
The Office of the Provost for Institutional Management fosters the University's relationship with society through various channels of engagement with the environment and specific aspects of management and institutional development. This task must ensure the most significant possible impact through the transfer of the University's capabilities to society, as well as the alignment with the educational project and strengthening of the effect of the University's participation in the different organizations linked to it, and its economic sustainability, primarily through the relationship with other actors in the public, private and civil society sectors.
About the Provost for Institutional Management
It is the unipersonal authority of the University in charge of the Office of the Provost for Institutional Management.

Executive Direction
Unit responsible for the coordination of the Office of the Provost for Institutional Management and all relevant stakeholders, through strategic, administrative, economic, and financial management, and through engagement with internal and external parties.

A unit whose mission is to deliver a lifelong learning experience to people who have embarked on a professional career but want to acquire new skills, especially as it relates to technology, stay up-to-date on their expertise, pick up new knowledge or grow in faith.
Public Policy Center
The unit that proposes ideas and solutions to help the country meet its main public policy challenges, putting the academic expertise of UC Chile at the service of Chile’s society.
UC Chile Latin American Center for Economic and Social Politics – UC Chile CLAPES
Center created by the Faculties of Economics and Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, History, Geography and Political Science, and Medicine. This center’s mission is to research, present, and discuss ideas related to economic growth incentives, productivity enhancement, and job creation and investment expansion, along with analyzing the growth of competition in the market and the reduction of poverty and income inequality compatible with economic growth.
Office of Public Engagement
Unit responsible for engaging the UC Chile ecosystem with the public and private world and civil society, which seeks to facilitate the connection between University activities and the challenges of the country and the world. Its core purpose is to articulate a dynamic and coherent system that enables UC Chile to project its mission into society, generating public value and transformative impact.

Office of Alumni Development and Community
Unit that promotes UC Chile’s future autonomy through philanthropy, donation management, and development of the UC Chile Endowment. This unit coordinates fundraising efforts and mobilizes networks to strengthen the University project. In addition, this unit fosters strategic engagement with alumni, offering opportunities for participation and growth, in collaboration with central and decentralized units.
Marcela Torrejón

Office of Affiliated Entities
Unit responsible for advising senior UC Chile authorities in the orientation of work and monitoring of the expected performance of entities affiliated with the University. Additionally, this unit coordinates and works alongside said entities in the search for synergies between them and the University to strengthen their development and continuous improvement, with the aim of achieving a social impact consistent with the University’s mission.

The unit that seeks to bring sustainability into the university’s education, research, and operation processes. The University considers sustainability to be an urgent across-the-board challenge requiring professionals that can develop and implement solutions to mitigate the effects of climate change.
